Terms of Use
Rules governing access to and use of the DCZ IMPORTS service.
1. Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of the DCZ IMPORTS website and services (dczimports.fr), published by Alexis DA CRUZ. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.
2. Access to the service
The service is available seven days a week, subject to maintenance operations and technical contingencies. The publisher endeavours to ensure optimal availability but does not warrant that the service will be entirely free from interruption. Certain features require an account and/or an active subscription.
3. User account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity carried out from your account. You may sign in with an email address and password or through Google/Facebook. Please notify us without delay in the event of any unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable use
You undertake not to:
- use the service for unlawful purposes or purposes contrary to public policy;
- attempt to circumvent security measures, overload or disrupt the infrastructure;
- extract the content on a mass or automated basis, or otherwise misuse it;
- collect or upload personal data relating to third parties without a lawful basis.
5. Nature of the estimates
Import cost calculations, verdicts and recommended resale prices are indicative and are based on the data you supply and on the scales in force. They do not constitute tax, legal or regulatory advice. You remain solely responsible for your decisions and for your filings with the authorities.
6. Intellectual property
The service, its brand, its interface and its code remain the property of the publisher. The data you enter remains yours; you grant the publisher a limited licence to host and process it for the sole purpose of providing the service.
7. Suspension & termination
In the event of a breach of these terms, the publisher may suspend or close the account concerned. You may delete your account and your data at any time from the data deletion page.
8. Personal data
The processing of your data is set out in the privacy policy. The commercial terms are set out in the Terms of Sale.
9. Amendments & governing law
The publisher may amend these terms; the applicable version is the one online at the time of use. These terms are governed by French law, with disputes falling within the jurisdiction of the courts of Lyon (France).
