Terms applicable to the business and private buyer offers.
Purpose & offers
DCZ IMPORTS provides a tool to assist with vehicle imports (cost calculation, administrative tracking). Offers: Starter (99 €/month), Pro (249 €/month) and Business (499 €/month) business subscriptions, together with a one-off private buyer service, "Import 1 vehicle" (199 €). Prices are in euros and inclusive of all taxes for private buyers.
Payment
Secure payment is handled by Stripe. Access is activated once payment is confirmed.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions run monthly and renew automatically. They may be cancelled at any time; access remains active until the end of the current period. The publisher may suspend or terminate an account in the event of a breach of these terms or of the terms of use.
Right of withdrawal (private buyers)
Under the French Consumer Code, consumers have a 14 day right of withdrawal. However, where a digital service is performed immediately, you expressly request its performance before the end of that period and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed (art. L221-28).
Refunds
Save where the right of withdrawal has been validly exercised, sums paid for a service already supplied are non-refundable. A cancelled subscription remains accessible until the end of the period paid for, with no pro rata refund.
Liability
Cost estimates (VAT, CO2 tax, registration certificate, margin) are indicative and constitute neither tax or legal advice nor any warranty. Users remain solely responsible for their own formalities and filings.
Consumer mediation
Under article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, consumers may refer a dispute free of charge to a consumer mediator with a view to reaching an amicable settlement. A European online dispute resolution platform is also available: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute shall fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of Lyon (France). For consumers, the protective rules of jurisdiction under the French Consumer Code apply.
